You may have previously found when you try assigning the photo enhancing tasks to one of your staff, they tell you they're already behind schedule and in any case, they've never run an intensive graphics program like PhotoShop and have no interest in starting now. So then what?

· We custom crop and resize the images according to the client instructions;
· Each image is optimized for fastest online display without loss of quality;
· In addition, if further adjustments are necessary each photo can be color balanced, contrast corrected and/or retouched;
· We then promptly return them to you.
Now here are the details...
[1] Our clients send us their digital media
You can send your images in any number of ways:
· Burn the photos to a cd or dvd, for postal mailing or for delivery by FedEx / UPS;
· Or simply send us your digital camera memory card in a padded envelope and we'll copy the relevant photo files to our harddrives (the card will be immediately returned to you with all your original images in place);
· Or send the photos as email attachments;
· Or we can arrange for you to upload them directly from your computer to a secure online folder, for our retrieval.
[2] We custom crop and resize the images according to the client instructions
Different clients have different needs, so you tell us what you want and we'll do it. For example, you may have 30 photos and you want a small 250 pixel version and larger 800 pixel version of each, or maybe you need multiple resolutions ~ we do what you say.
[3] Each image is optimized for fastest online display without loss of quality
Quick loading photos are an essential aspect of any well designed webpage. You probably know how irritating it is to have to wait for a page to load because the graphics are huge, so when you use our enhanced imagery, that is no longer an issue ~ the load times are optimal.
[4] The photos can be color balanced, contrast corrected and/or touched-up as necessary
If there are issues with the various photos that need attention, then we'll apply our expertise to also do those image adjustments for you. For example, perhaps your model has an unfortunate facial scar that should be touched out; or the photo of your latest construction project is "flat" and needs better contrast & color definition; or your group portrait has a soda can in the background that should be removed. We do for you whatever you think will make the shot more effective, or if it needs no enhancement, that's fine too.
[5] We then promptly return them to you.
We'll send your digitally enhanced photos back to you in whatever form you prefer. In most cases we use Postal Priority Mail (on cds or dvds) however per your request they can be returned via Postal 'Overnight'; or we can use FedEx / UPS; or as email attachments; or we can arrange for you to download them in a .zip packet directly off our website ~ it's your call.
What's the cost?
When dealing with images, every job is different because each client's photos are unique, and thus the requirements are not universally the same. That being the case, it is difficult if not impossible to give a standard "one size fits all" answer to costs. However, when we hear from you we will better understand the parameters and at that point can provide a dollar range estimate for the project, so you'll know going into it what to expect.
What file formats are available?
Tell us what you need ~ .jpg or .png or .psd or .bmp, etc ~ whatever you want, that's how they'll arrive.

Anyone who needs to have their digital images given consistently reliable handling, and needs them returned as quickly as possible. That would include, for example, lawyers (as part of a case), plastic surgeons (before & after shots), engineers & architects, artists submitting to competitions, commercial enterprises (for the web or for print media) ~ actually, any situation where good quality images will make a difference!
